Solaya 3 follows the same clearly structured six-milestone plan as the wider Solaya collection.
20% is due in October 2025 as the down payment. 10% follows in April 2026, then 10% in October 2026, 10% in April 2027, and 10% in October 2027. The final 40% is due at handover in June 2029.
60% of the total investment is spread across four equal installments over two years, with the largest commitment at completion when the asset is ready to occupy or generate a return. Mortgage buyers get clear visibility for end-financing planning well ahead of handover. Cash buyers get a measured capital deployment that tracks the build rather than front-loading the commitment.
