Master Plan

The Tilal masterplan reflects Binghatti Developers’ understanding that a luxury community whose identity is built on architectural distinctiveness and design quality must express those qualities as consistently in the community’s public realm, shared spaces, and streetscape as it does in the individual homes within it.

The 4 product types within the masterplan are distributed across the community in a way that gives each its own appropriate residential cluster character while maintaining the coherence of the single Binghatti architectural vision across all product types. The townhouse clusters, the twin villa clusters, the standalone villa plots, and the mansion estates are each planned to provide the community character and privacy appropriate to their scale without creating jarring transitions between product types that would undermine the development’s overall coherence.

Green corridors, the community’s cycling and walking network, the shared recreational and social infrastructure, and the quality of the community’s public realm all reflect Binghatti’s commitment to creating a luxury residential environment where the spaces between the homes are as deliberately designed and as consistently maintained as the homes themselves.

The architectural language running through Tilal’s streetscape, entrance character, and building facades creates a community visual identity that is as recognisable and as intentional as any development in Binghatti’s portfolio, applying the developer’s design philosophy at the largest and most demanding scale it has yet been expressed.
