Solaya 4 is the fourth and most premium phase of the Solaya collection within La Mer, and its position in that sequence means the community infrastructure is entirely in place around it. Beach access, promenade, dining, retail, and neighbourhood character are all established. There is no construction noise next door, no waiting for promised amenities to materialise, and no uncertainty about what the finished environment will feel like.

The La Mer masterplan reflects Meraas’s philosophy of low density, generous public realm, and deliberate place-making. Solaya 4’s mid-rise form continues that logic at the collection’s highest register, contributing to the community without crowding it and maintaining the privacy and exclusivity that define La Mer as a whole.
