The payment structure maps clearly across six milestones over a four-year window to handover.
20% is due in October 2025 as the down payment. 10% follows in April 2026, then 10% in October 2026, 10% in April 2027, and 10% in October 2027. The final 40% is due at handover in June 2029.
In practical terms 60% of the total investment is spread across four equal installments over two years, with the largest single payment falling at completion when the asset is ready to occupy or generate a return. For mortgage buyers the structured milestone schedule gives clear visibility for end-financing conversations well in advance of handover. For cash buyers the graduated commitment means capital is not fully deployed until the residence is delivered.
