The Hayat 6 master plan builds directly on the planning principles that have been developed and refined across the five previous phases of the community. Townhouses are positioned to deliver genuine privacy between neighbouring homes while maintaining the open, green, and walkable community character that has become the Hayat identity at Dubai South.

Shared green spaces, pedestrian community pathways, amenity clusters, and the relationship between private townhouse plots and the surrounding landscape are planned to give residents the experience of living in a genuine neighbourhood.
