Fay Hills is not an amenity heavy project in the traditional sense, and that is intentional.

There is a community clubhouse, landscaped green corridors, shaded walking paths, and open plazas for residents to meet or spend time outdoors. Children have play zones that are visible and safe, not tucked away. Roads inside the community are calm and controlled.
