Meydan Horizon is envisioned as 1 of Dubai’s next generation urban districts, designed around a planning philosophy whose crystal lagoons, landscaped parks, cycling and walking trails, pedestrian-first streets, and mixed-use building typologies reflect a forward-looking understanding of what a quality urban neighbourhood looks like when it is planned from scratch rather than retrofitted over an existing urban structure.

The Winslow sits within this masterplan as 1 of the first quality mixed-use buildings to establish the district’s residential and commercial character, which gives it the dual benefit of being an early entry into a growing address and a building whose limited supply position within the district becomes more valuable as subsequent phases of development arrive and the surrounding community evidence builds.

The building’s G+4 podium+19 floor structure is itself a masterplan response, with the podium levels housing the commercial infrastructure that activates the building’s ground-level public face, creating the street-level retail presence and office community that makes the building’s relationship with the surrounding Meydan Horizon streetscape genuinely active rather than simply residential.

The planning separation between the residential lobbies and the commercial access points within The Winslow ensures that the professional and residential communities within the building share the amenity and address benefits while maintaining the privacy and operational independence that both communities require as a baseline expectation.

The future metro connectivity planned for Meydan Horizon as part of Dubai’s ongoing public transport expansion will, when delivered, further reduce the effective commute time to the district’s major employment and lifestyle destinations and add a further dimension of transport accessibility to the location picture that will directly support both residential and commercial property values within the district.
