Master Plan

Sobha Central’s master plan is built around the idea that a well designed urban community should deliver a complete and self contained living environment rather than simply clustering residential towers around shared amenity infrastructure. The planning philosophy prioritises the quality of the shared environment between buildings as much as the quality of the individual apartments within them.

Green landscaping, pedestrian friendly pathways, retail and dining at street level, community gathering spaces, and the relationship between the residential towers and the open community landscape are all planned with the same Sobha in house design and delivery standard that applies to the apartments themselves. Because Sobha controls the entire delivery chain, the community landscape and infrastructure that are shown in the masterplan are the community landscape and infrastructure that residents experience when they move in and live in the community for years afterward.

The Eden sits within this masterplan as a residential cluster whose scale, orientation, and relationship to the broader community are planned to give its residents both a strong sense of their own building identity and full participation in the wider Sobha Central community life.
