The homes inside follow a simple rule: keep things open and let the light do half the work.

Studios are compact but organised. 1 and 2 bedroom layouts introduce more room to breathe, with large windows that pull in the sun throughout the day and it starts from 384 sq ft and ends at close to 3,375 SQ. FT. The kitchens are open, the living areas flow easily into the rest of the unit, and the bedrooms sit far enough from the living space that privacy is not a problem.

Then there are the duplexes. These feel like a different world entirely. Multi level, big windows, higher ceilings, and in some cases even private pools. They suit families or people who want something with a little presence.

Bathrooms use soft tones. Kitchens have the right amount of working space. Nothing feels squeezed in. The layouts make sense for real life, not just showings.
