The Sky Level 1 building at Jumeirah Village Circle will reflect Object 1 Development’s architectural approach to the JVC residential streetscape whose evolution across the developer’s portfolio has consistently added quality and distinctiveness to the community’s built environment rather than contributing to its homogeneity. The Sky Level 1 building’s relationship with the JVC community, the quality of its facade treatment, the deliberateness of its orientation within the site, and the design of its ground-level public realm contribution will reflect the developer’s understanding that a building called Sky Level 1 must earn its name through the quality of what it delivers at every level from the street to the sky rather than through the ambition of its nomenclature alone.

The full masterplan details, including the building’s configuration, its floor count, its unit distribution across the available configurations, and the organisation of its amenity and community spaces, will be released at the Q2 2026 project launch for the priority interest community whose early registration ensures their access to the complete development picture at the earliest possible moment.
