The SAAS Heights Twin Tower masterplan at Al Reem Island reflects SAAS Properties’ understanding that a twin tower residential development at a premier waterfront island address must be planned with the architectural dialogue between the two towers and the shared community infrastructure between them as the primary masterplanning consideration whose quality determines whether the development is experienced as a genuinely integrated twin-tower community or simply as two adjacent buildings that share a developer’s name.

The two towers’ positioning on the Al Reem Island site is planned to give both buildings the most complete possible relationship with the waterfront setting, ensuring that the Al Reem Island sea frontage and the Abu Dhabi horizon are equally accessible as daily visual and atmospheric assets to the resident communities of both towers rather than being concentrated in one building’s outlook at the expense of the other. The shared podium community environment between and below the towers, whose landscaped gardens, pool, and outdoor social spaces connect the two residential communities in a shared daily environment of genuine luxury resort quality, is the masterplan element whose quality most directly and most daily expresses what the Twin Tower format’s combined scale makes possible at an investment per resident and an amenity quality per square metre that a single tower of the same total unit count could not sustain with the same depth.
