This is a 70/30 payment plan, meaning most of your money goes in during construction, and the rest is due on completion.

If you want a monthly cadence option, there is also a monthly instalment structure for Studio and 1 Bedroom, but the overall split stays 70/30.
This structure works well if you want to hold till handover and exit, or hold and rent after completion.
