Le Château is not a tower placed on a plot. It is a building designed in deliberate conversation with the land, sea, and pedestrian flow of the Evermore destination around it. The base of the tower opens into generous landscaped grounds, with courtyards, raised terraces, and garden paths that create natural transitions between private residences and shared community spaces.

Amenity zones, walking trails, fitness areas, and social spaces are distributed across the grounds rather than stacked on a single floor, which means the day to day experience of moving through the community feels easy and unhurried. The broader Evermore master plan incorporates retail, dining, leisure, and waterfront access into a single coherent coastal estate, and Le Château sits at the heart of it.
