Payment Plan

Here’s the clean version first:

Residential plan: 20/30/50

• 20% down payment on booking
• 30% during construction (split across installments)
• 50% on handover
• Handover: Q3 2028

That’s a true 50/50 structure, with the biggest payment saved for completion.

Commercial plan (detailed)

• 20% + 4% DLD + AED 5,000 admin fee on booking
• 5% within 6 months
• 5% within 12 months
• 10% when building reaches 30%
• 10% when building reaches 70%
• 50% on handover

If you’re an investor, this is important: the plan keeps cashflow lighter early, but it expects you to be ready at handover.
