Hado sits within a terraced three tower system that steps down toward the beach. This makes the architecture feel like part of the shoreline rather than something placed on top of it. Gardens, courtyards and reflection pools bind the towers into a unified podium. From above you can see how the design flows like a slow wave.

The neighbouring Siora community extends this feeling. Event lawns, beaches, shaded walkways and open plazas all respond to the natural movement of wind and water. Circulation paths are designed like ribbons linking homes to the wider island rather than boxing them in.

Commercial pockets and boutique retail sit at ground level which gives the district a lively rhythm. You feel part of the island rather than separated from it.
