The structure here is straightforward and genuinely flexible. The down payment is available on request, and current indications point to a low booking amount to get started. From there, the plan moves at 1% monthly through the construction period and continues at the same pace post handover.
In practical terms, this is a 70/30 style structure or similar, where the bulk of what you pay is spread across time rather than concentrated at any single point. For investors, this means your cash stays mobile. For end users, it means you are not stretching to meet a large handover balance right when you are also dealing with moving costs and setup expenses.
Handover timing will be announced soon. When the official date lands, the payment schedule will crystallise fully. Anyone seriously considering a unit should get their name on the list before the launch announcement, because Danube projects at this price point and with this payment structure tend to move fast in the first week.
