Master Plan

The Al Mamsha community master plan is Alef Group’s most ambitious and most comprehensively delivered pedestrian-first mixed-use development in Sharjah, organised around the principle that a genuinely livable residential community requires its retail, dining, green space, and residential infrastructure to be delivered as a coherent and walkable whole rather than as disconnected components whose relationship to each other is incidental.

Al Mamsha Hamsa’s position within this masterplan benefits from the accumulated community infrastructure of the preceding phases that have established the Al Mamsha identity, with the walkable promenade, the retail activation, and the green public realm all available and functioning for Hamsa residents from the day of January 2029 expected completion. The Hamsa name’s protective and blessed symbolism extends naturally into the masterplan’s own character: a community whose walkable and pedestrian-first design philosophy is itself a kind of protective gesture toward its residents, shielding them from the car-dependent isolation that characterises much of the surrounding regional residential development and offering instead the blessing of a genuinely walkable daily life.
