Eden Hills is organised around its central wadi and the green infrastructure that radiates from it. Villa clusters are positioned within the plan to maximise privacy and natural light, with walking and cycling trails connecting homes to community facilities and each other at a pedestrian scale.

Vehicle access is managed away from the primary pedestrian corridors, keeping the internal streets calm and the walking environment genuinely pleasant. Community gathering spaces, kids areas, and shared green zones are distributed through the plan rather than concentrated in a single amenity block, which means residents encounter the community naturally rather than having to seek it out.
