Master Plan

The Sobha Sanctuary master plan is built around the principle that green space is not decoration. It is the structure the community is organised around. Nearly half of the total site is open land, with green corridors running between villa clusters, connecting homes to parks, wellness loops, water features, and shared amenity zones.

The Willows villas are positioned along these green passages, with walking paths and visual openings designed to make the neighbourhood feel connected and communal without sacrificing the privacy each home is built around. Vehicle movement is routed carefully to keep streets quiet and pedestrian areas dominant at ground level.

Water features including lagoons, reflective pools, and cascades are woven through the landscape to add a layer of calm to the daily environment. A large central park anchors the community’s social life, with pavilions, meditation lawns, and gathering spaces radiating out from it. The result is a master plan that actually supports the lifestyle it promises rather than just illustrating it on a brochure.
