The Edit Tower C by Meraas at D3

Tower C sits within The Edit series masterplan at Dubai Design District, Meraas’s considered residential vision for the northern end of D3. The three towers are not identical products stacked next to each other. Each has been designed with its own identity within a coherent overall framework, which means Tower C benefits from the established community infrastructure of Towers A and B while bringing its own residential character to the cluster.

The broader D3 masterplan balances residential, retail, cultural and commercial uses at a density that keeps the district active without tipping into the overcrowding that dulls other central Dubai postcodes. Ground-level activation, creative tenants, and Meraas’s ongoing stewardship of the district give Tower C a long-term planning confidence that standalone developments in fragmented ownership communities cannot easily match.
