The project organizes daily life around a landscaped podium. Arrival is clear, circulation is direct, and the amenity deck sits where it should, one level up, so the pool and leisure areas feel private from the street. Community spaces are broken into smaller pockets to reduce crowding and make it easier to find a quiet corner or a social spot as the day dictates.
