Master Plan

The tower sits on a structured podium that separates leisure retail and residential access. Most of the communal and wellness spaces are positioned on the podium levels so the residential floors stay quiet. The orientation of the tower is planned to maximise natural light and ventilation.

Terraces and mid level communal decks break up the vertical mass and create simple moments where residents can pause without going all the way down to ground level. Security systems are modern but minimal in feel. RFID parking and smart building access remove bottlenecks without adding unnecessary complexity. In general the master plan treats the building like a vertical neighbourhood rather than a typical high rise.
