Master Plan

The master plan shows a building that opens itself to natural light and the surrounding landscapes. Two podium levels create enough height for the residences above to get good views, while the rooftop is kept open for leisure and sunset watching. The architecture uses soft whites, curved details, and deep balconies, giving the building a clean resort-like tone rather than a heavy urban feel.

The wider Dubai Islands environment is a mix of beaches, marina pockets, parks, and long promenade lines that encourage movement. You can walk, cycle, sit by the water, or simply exist in a space that has been designed to feel human and not overcrowded. Everything about the plan suggests a community built for a slower, more grounded lifestyle.
