Handover is Q2 2028. The developer offers a 60-40 payment plan with a five year post handover period to finish the balance. The structure is aimed at keeping the initial commitment reasonable while allowing longer term cash flow flexibility.
Typical structure is:
• 20% down payment on booking.
• 15% paid during construction in staged installments.
• 25% on handover.
• Remaining 40% payable over 5 years after handover.
