Shahrukz by Danube is positioned as a prestige address with an accessible structure. Prices start from about AED 2M. You secure your unit with a booking amount and an initial down payment that the sales team can detail for you, then follow staged installments as the tower rises.
The framework is a 70:30 plan. Around 70% is paid in easy installments during construction up to handover in the second quarter of 2029. The remaining 30% comes post completion through 1% monthly installments. For an end user, that lets the business help carry the final portion once you move in. For an investor, it lets you line up tenants and use their rent to offset the post handover payments.
