Seychelles 2 forms part of a thirty million square foot community planned around water, green and movement. Villas and townhouses are spaced so sightlines do not collapse. Pathways, parks, open lawns and shoreline edges weave between clusters.

This is low stress urbanism. Less traffic, more walking. Fewer walls, more greenery. The idea is to create a neighbourhood where residents naturally circulate instead of staying indoors behind tinted windows.

It is one of the few Dubai communities where the experience seems designed before the architecture.
