Handover
Seraph DLRC new residences come with two paths.
The first is the 50 50 plan. You begin with 15%, pay instalments during construction, then clear the final 50% at handover in Q4 2027. It is clean and familiar. Most investors prefer this because it keeps commitment light during the build phase.
The second is the 70-30 post handover plan. Same 15% to start. Instalments are spread out until completion, then only 10% at handover. The remaining 30% is divided across 3 years. If you plan to rent the unit, those instalments can essentially ride on rental income.
