Aldar has kept the payment approach straightforward. The down payment is light, 5% or 10% depending on the option, and the rest is divided into staged installments tied to construction milestones.
Buyers can choose between two structures:
40 / 60 plan
5% initial commitment, 35% steady installments, the bulk due of 60% at handover on Q1 2027.
60 / 40 plan
A slightly higher commitment during construction, with a lighter final payment.
Both options make sense for long term investors and families planning ahead. The project completes in the first quarter of twenty twenty seven, giving buyers enough breathing room financially without rushing decisions.
