Vehicle and pedestrian zones are clearly separated, making the development genuinely walkable. Green spaces, landscaped gardens, and a festive lawn are distributed across the plan rather than treated as an afterthought. Amenity zones are spread across both the podium and rooftop levels to keep facilities accessible and uncrowded as part of daily life. The project sits within the broader RAK Central mixed use ecosystem, combining residential, retail, hospitality, and commercial zones in a layout built for long term density and value.
