40% during construction, payments are spread across milestones so your cash flow does not get squeezed.
40% which is 1% monthly at handover in Q2 2030, the remaining balance becomes due before you take possession.
Put simply, you pay gradually while the building rises, and you finish when your office is actually ready to use.
