The twin towers at Meriva Gardens sit within a pedestrian-first ground plane. Landscaped paths, open green spaces, lagoon features, and jogging trails connect the buildings to the waterfront and to each other without vehicle traffic cutting across the experience. Ground level retail is placed to be useful without creating the noise of a commercial strip.

Social areas, wellness zones, and family spaces are distributed across the site rather than concentrated on a single amenity deck, which keeps foot traffic natural and facilities accessible throughout the day. The broader Dubai Islands master plan context brings schools, hospitals, hotels, a shopping mall, cycling trails, and sports courts into the surrounding environment as the island continues to develop.
