The payment model is simple and suits both families and investors who want predictable cash flow.
You get a 40/60 payment plan with: 5% down payment to secure the villa, 35% during construction, and the larger 60% on handover at 100% completion.
Handover is Q4 2028, so you have a long, manageable runway. That matters in villas because buyers often need time to plan funds, property sales, or portfolio rebalancing.
