Payment Plan

Payment structure is being finalised and will be shared soon. The expected format is a balanced plan with a booking amount, staged payments through construction and the final instalment near handover in December 2027.

For investors, this means value grows during the build rather than locking major capital up front. For end users, it means accessible entry with time to plan finances.
