The payment plan is still being finalised, but Casagrand has already indicated it will be flexible. A small initial booking, construction linked instalments, and a final payment at handover. Nothing unusual or heavy. The idea is to make the purchase manageable for end users and attractive for investors who want to stagger their payments.
Down payment isn’t announced by the developer.
60% during construction. Maybe a part of it will go in down payment, we don’t know anything yet.
40% on handover at Q2 2028.
