Residential clusters sit along landscaped streets that balance privacy with natural community interaction. Green pockets, walking routes, and recreational areas are spread evenly across the development rather than front loaded at the entrance.

Internal vehicle circulation is managed to keep pedestrian areas genuinely comfortable, a detail that makes a real difference in daily life. The architectural rhythm is consistent across the streetscape without making every unit identical. Community level infrastructure within the master plan includes schools, a shopping mall, hotels, weekend markets, BBQ areas, outdoor gymnasium, sports courts, and a community hall, making Greenz function as a self contained neighbourhood rather than a cluster of homes dependent on surrounding areas.
