The master plan was drawn around one idea: calm, walkable waterfront living. Homes are positioned so residents can move seamlessly between the promenade, the internal landscaped courtyard, and the beach. You do not need to cross roads or navigate awkward routes.

The project has only 120 units, which gives it a quieter, more intimate feel. The central courtyard works as a social zone where people naturally gather, whether for morning coffee or evening downtime. The green terraces and open paths create a soft buffer between buildings, making the entire development feel more resort than residential block.
