The towers are arranged to maximise Gulf frontage across the community, with resort amenities, beach zones, pools, and social spaces distributed through the masterplan rather than concentrated in one corner.

The community zoning separates active and quiet zones deliberately, so the beach and pool energy does not bleed into the residential areas where residents want calm. Ground-level retail and dining are integrated from the start.
