Payment Plan

The structure is one of the more investor-friendly plans currently available on Al Marjan Island.

20% is due on the booking date. The first two installments of 10% each follow within 90 and 180 days of booking. From there, eight further installments of 5% each are tied to construction milestones at 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, and 70% project completion. 30% is due at handover in Q3 2028.

In practical terms this means seventy percent of your total investment is spread across the full construction period in manageable increments rather than front-loaded into the early stages. The milestone-linked structure also gives you visibility into project progress at every payment point, which is exactly the kind of transparency that serious investors want when committing capital to an off-plan asset.
