Master Plan

Coral Isle is a low-rise project, but the master planning reads like a vertical resort.

The design is built around curved biomorphic architecture (wave-inspired), but the smarter part is how they use it:

• curved forms to maximise sea views
• privacy preserved through layout orientation
• podium planning used to connect community spaces smoothly
• rooftop amenities positioned as the top lifestyle layer

Entry and circulation are planned cleanly: drop-offs, walking routes, green corridors, and access to rooftop and lounges without confusion.

In simple terms: it’s meant to feel like a private coastal building with a clear lifestyle narrative, not a generic block with sea views.
