Masterplan

The masterplan around Crestlane 2 is organised around three things: water, greenery and walkability.

The two residential buildings are placed around central courtyards with water features, planted terraces and shaded paths. Ground level is for movement on foot, with community hubs, lawns and outdoor seating. Fitness and play zones sit within the green edges of the site. As you move upward, terraces, glass fronts and panoramic corners open to the skyline and the water inspired landscape below.

The result is a pocket of calm set in the middle of an active district, with clear orientation, short walking distances and visual continuity from your building lobby all the way to the wider City Walk streets.
