Master Plan

The master plan places six residential buildings on two adjoining plots, each one blending into the central park and the boulevard. The idea is to give residents a choice: quiet green areas on one side, street-level energy on the other. Walkways and cycling tracks run through the community, connecting the buildings to retail pockets, fitness areas, and the park.

The buildings maintain a mid-rise scale, which keeps the community open and breathable. Retail sits closer to the boulevard while the inner courtyards hold wellness zones, kids areas, and more private spaces. If you step back and look at the plan as a whole, Boulevard Park feels like a hybrid between a park community and a convenience-driven urban neighborhood.
