Payment terms will be announced soon, but Binghatti typically follows a simple pattern. A modest down payment at booking, a steady series of instalments during construction and a lighter percentage at handover. Think of it as a sixty forty or seventy thirty style structure. You pay the bulk over the build period, then clear the remainder when you receive the keys.

Once the handover quarter is confirmed, it will be added here so you have a clear timeline for planning your investment, rental strategy or personal move in date.
