Frond F is planned as a self contained residential enclave within the larger Palm Jebel Ali vision.

Only 44 villas sit along this stretch, arranged with internal streets, pocket parks, and landscaped buffers that preserve privacy. Residential spaces are protected from through traffic, while still remaining walkable and connected.
