The layout pushes walkability. You are not dodging cars every ten meters. You walk shaded promenades. You meet neighbors without being forced into crowds. Green spaces and amenity zones break the concrete grid. Everything loops back to water.

The long term plan is simple. A self-sufficient island community built around leisure and liveability, not just visual marketing. When these clusters mature, this becomes a place people stay in, not just buy into.
