Family zones and play areas are positioned where parents can supervise easily. Wellness spaces sit away from traffic and noise.

Retail pockets are integrated into the flow, not tucked into corners that nobody visits. The jogging track and fitness areas are placed in the quieter parts of the site so residents aren’t training next to cars.

The entire plan focuses on usability, how people actually live day to day, rather than dramatic visual statements.
