• Starting price (guide): From ~AED 560,000 (inventory-dependent; ask for today’s tier).
• Payment plan (marketed): 50 / 50 → 50% during construction • 50% on handover.
• Down payment: Collected within the construction phase milestones (exact booking % and tranche dates issued on the reservation/SPA).
• Handover: To be announced (developer will publish quarter/year; I’ll confirm live once you share your preferred unit type).
• All-in cost view: I’ll itemize DLD/registration, trustee, initial service-charge provision, utility connections, and typical move-in costs so nothing is a surprise.
