The Valley master plan is one of Emaar’s more thoughtful large scale community layouts, and Alva 2 fits within it as a tightly planned residential cluster of 176 townhouses with its own internal logic and flow.
Wide internal streets, tree lined pedestrian pathways, green belts, and landscaped recreational lawns are distributed throughout rather than concentrated at the entrance for show. The spatial planning encourages movement on foot and natural social interaction between residents, which is harder to achieve than it sounds in a suburban development of this scale. Community parks, shaded seating areas, and recreational facilities are positioned to serve the whole neighbourhood evenly. The longer term vision for The Valley as a district continues to build out, with retail, hospitality, and lifestyle infrastructure being added as the community population grows.
