Arada’s master plan builds a vertical wellness district rather than a generic high rise complex. The building’s biophilic facade, large sky terraces, and layered podium levels blur the line between architecture and nature.

Around four hundred homes sit within this structure, each designed to engage with the city through large windows and extended balconies. The upper floors carry uninterrupted Burj Khalifa and skyline views.
