Partnership Agreement
The top residential and commercial real estate business in Lahore, Pakistan, Empire Holding Pakistan, and Reportage Properties, the top real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates with its headquarters in Abu Dhabi, have joined forces to establish a joint venture in the burgeoning Pakistani real estate market.
Based on this contract, which desires to enhance cooperation between the two companies, a fresh company with the name Reportage Empire Pakistan will be set up to research possible real estate projects in the Pakistani market and create the necessary marketing plans, in addition to a long-term plan for the company’s growth.
Andrea Nucera, Managing Director, signed the contract for Reportage Properties with the Managing Director of Empire Holding Pakistan, Faisal Iftikhar.
Investment and Expansion Plans
Asad Kayani, the CEO of Empire Holding Pakistan, revealed that the company has assigned initial investments worth $300 million over the following five years, and its 1st project will be in the city of Lahore with global engineering standards and luxuries in line with the excellence criteria in the UAE. Forthcoming development will be scheduled in Islamabad, followed by other major Pakistani cities.
Reportage Empire Pakistan desires to develop the Pakistani real estate sector by constructing turnkey projects. The company wants to create projects in major Pakistani cities and attract foreign direct investments to boost the economy and provide employment.

The company will present Pakistani buyers with the possibility of investing in real estate within Pakistan and the UAE, confirming access to international criteria and a high-quality living style.
Brand Ambassador
During the occasion, Ahmed Shehzad was named the trademark ambassador for the real estate partnership between the two developers, thanks to his truthfulness and integrity, which aligns with the morals of both companies.
