OMNIYAT set a new record by selling a penthouse for AED139 million ($37.8 million) at The Lana Residences, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, in the Burj Khalifa district.

The sale of the 4-bedroom penthouse keeps the most expensive property in the region.

Opening in April 2024, The Lana, overseen by Dorchester Collection, features interior design by Gilles & Boissier and architecture by Foster + Partners. Between the Dubai Design District and the Burj Khalifa District, it offers views of the Marasi Marina.

The 16,594 square-foot penthouse has views of the Downtown Dubai skyline and Marasi Bay Marina.

A penthouse at One at Palm Jumeirah was sold by OMNIYAT for AED 102 million in 2017; in 2023, the Sky Palace at AVA at Palm Jumeirah was sold for AED 220 million.
